The location was excellent, just a short walk to Frida Kahlo's house. However, my room felt cramped and lacked a window.

I enjoyed the beautifully decorated pink room. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Frida Kahlo's house and some lovely markets. I appreciated the proximity to safe, beautiful streets. However, the lack of towel replenishment was frustrating. I specifically requested soap, which was eventually provided after daily reminders. Also, I found the noise from other guests on the roof quite disruptive during the last few nights. The extra blankets were a nice touch, but overall, the service could have been more proactive in anticipating guest needs.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from Frida Kahlo's house, allowing easy access to some vibrant local markets.
There were ongoing issues with communication and check-in procedures, as it was unclear who to contact upon arrival.

absolutely shocked by this hotel. the wifi connection? a complete joke. also, three steep spiral staircases with no help for my luggage? not cool at all. and imagine my disappointment when I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, yet received nothing! I almost wanted to leave a good review but just couldn’t, truly pathetic.

Loved the clean room and the quiet area, perfect for unwinding after exploring. The big screen T.V. with Netflix was a definite plus!

missingWrote a review on 07 Novcramped room
Rooms can be cramped, with no windows in some cases leading to a dark, cell-like atmosphere. Shower facilities were inconsistent, with one room lacking a shower altogether, forcing guests to rely on a shared rooftop shower. Kitchen amenities are minimal, essentially limited to a microwave and a fridge without a sink, leaving dining options restricted to eating out.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

I loved relaxing on the nice rooftop terrace and enjoying the charming little garden area during my 4-night stay. There were some great opportunities for unwinding with a full body massage and a sun terrace to soak up the sun. The only downside was that the kitchen facilities were pretty basic, but that didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

The location was perfect, being on a quiet street near the Frida Kahlo and Trotsky museums. We enjoyed the lovely decorations throughout the house and the nice rooftop terrace. Having extra blankets was a bonus for our family stay.
One room had a stained towel.

Great Location but Tiny Room!
So I was there for 3 nights as a solo traveler. My room felt cramped, like seriously small, and had no window! The staff were really cool though, super friendly. Also, loved having a picnic area to chill at, but next time I'd want a bigger space for sure.
